Cut-n-sew projects start at a 72 hat minimum order size and the average turnaround is 4-5 weeks.

What are your minimum order quantities?
For private label cut-n-sew orders the MOQ is 72 hats per color/style/design. With QuickTurn hats we can do as low as 6 per color/style/design depending on the blank sourced.
How long is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time for the QuickTurn program is as low as 7 days. Standard turnaround is 14 days. Private Label Hats take 4–5 weeks to produce.
What file formats are best to send?
Most apparel design is done in Adobe Illustrator. If you’re working with a designer, please ask them to supply the source art.

What is an embroidered hat?
An embroidered hat has an embroidered design on the front of the cap. Many different types of hats can be embroidered, including trucker hats, baseball hats and beanies.
Embroidery was a popular way for adding a logo to the front of a baseball cap when they first became popular, back in the 1800s. Baseball caps were initially introduced for professional teams, so that they could be identified on the pitch. But as baseball became more and more popular, the baseball cap became big business.
Most caps were embroidered by hand, but much of the embroidery is now done by machine. This involves uploading a digital design to the machine, which embroiders it onto the cap in hardly any time at all.
The classic cap consisted of six panels, with the embroidery being stitched across the front two panels. They came in set sizes and could not be adjusted.
Over the years the cap was re-designed and more variations became available. Trucker hats have a high mesh back and a wide front panel.
Whilst the hats may have changed, the appeal of embroidery has remained strong and it can still be seen across various hats and beanies.
This is why custom hats with embroidery are still in demand today and offer great returns on investments for sellers around the world.

Also, some features, like 3D puff embroidery come free with suitable designs. Whilst others will incur additional fees.
